STEP 1/9
Spinach takes root and withered parts
Take it off and trim it.
*Is it because spinach is not in season
There are a lot of soft parts
*In addition to spinach, it would be good to use the seasonal chwinamul.
STEP 2/9
Blanch slightly with 1T of salt in boiling water. (1 to 2 minutes only)
Spinach is also eaten as a salad
You can parboil it until it's green.
STEP 3/9
Season the blanched spinach with salt, sesame oil, and green onions.
*We're going to mix it anyway, so you can add a little seasoning.
STEP 4/9
Beat the eggs with salt and cooking wine, then fry them in a frying pan and shred them until they are long.
STEP 5/9
Boil the glass noodles in boiling water for 7 to 8 minutes and rinse them in cold water.
*If you add cooking oil when you boil noodles, you can prevent it from pouring quickly, but I just did it because I'm going to eat it right away.
*If you don't soak it in water, it takes a long time to boil it
It will get caught and it won't cook well, so make sure to soak it in water for 30 minutes.
STEP 6/9
Cut the crab meat into 3 pieces, tear it long, and shred the pickled radish into crab lengths.
STEP 7/9
Chop the green onions, please.
*If you don't have crab meat, you don't have to put it in, but pickled radish and spinach always go in.
STEP 8/9
Make seasoning with red pepper powder, minced garlic, minced green onion, plum syrup, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, sesame seeds, pepper, and soy sauce.
*The red pepper powder was spicy even though there was no red pepper paste in it, and the spicy one even though there was no pepper in it looked normal, but it was really delicious.
STEP 9/9
Place glass noodles, marinade, spinach, egg garnish, crab meat, and pickled radish on a plate.
I only think of japchae for glass noodles, but there are a lot.
Spinach is not in season these days, so it would be good to use vegetables such as chwinamul and pumpkin.
Glass noodles are high in calories, so if you're thinking about dieting, it's not good to eat them often.
