STEP 1/13
Mix the ingredients to make the sauce
STEP 2/13
Cut the potatoes into 1cm thick pieces and put them in cold water for 10 minutes
STEP 3/13
Chop the onions thickly
STEP 4/13
Cut the green onion diagonally
STEP 5/13
Remove the scales of hairtail marinated with thick salt for about 10 minutes and rinse
STEP 6/13
If you peel off the scales, the soup is clean and doesn't smell fishy
STEP 7/13
Place potatoes on the bottom of the pot and 1/3 of the sauce
STEP 8/13
Add the cutlassfish and kelp
STEP 9/13
Pour the rice water and put the remaining sauce on top
STEP 10/13
Turn on high heat and when it starts to boil, take out the kelp and boil over medium heat for 10 minutes
STEP 11/13
After 10 minutes, add onions and green onions and boil them down for another 10 minutes, and the braised hairtail is done :)
STEP 12/13
Take a spoonful of rice, remove the beltfish flesh, mash the potatoes, and soak them in the sauce
STEP 13/13
It's spicy and not fishy, so my appetite rises. Prepare Gobong rice and enjoy it everyone :D
1) If you ask for the marinade of hairtail, they'll do whatever you want
2) If you make other fish in the same way, it's good
3) Try peeling scales and opening the lid to catch the fishy smell
