STEP 1/6
The base of the seasoning is red pepper powder, red pepper paste, and salted hairtail. Add minced garlic, minced ginger, plum juice, pepper, and cooking wine to mix well. And I'm going to add extra broth and add seasoning to make braised hairtail. For your information, anchovy kelp broth is good too. Dried pollack broth is good, too. I made the broth with various vegetables, green onion roots, and dried pollack in the natural seasoning.
STEP 2/6
Put radish on the pot first. I cut it randomly like Cha Seung-won at three meals a day. It's a radish that's been sliced with a pencil.
STEP 3/6
Place neatly trimmed hairtail on top of radish. I already bought the trimmed hairtail, but I washed it in cold water once or twice.
STEP 4/6
Add the sauce you made, cut the green onion diagonally, not pine mushrooms, and put it on top of it also puts red pepper and cheongyang pepper on top. First, boil it over high heat, then move it to low heat and boil it down. That way, the seasoning can penetrate into the flesh of the hairtail. Open the lid in the middle and pour the soup on top.
STEP 5/6
It's braised cutlassfish. Braised hairtail doesn't contain sesame oil. You can sprinkle sesame seeds on the plate right before you eat it later. It's really good if you mix it with rice with this soup and well-boiled radish.
STEP 6/6
Hairtail, salted hairtail, braised hairtail is complete. Place the hairtail on a plate, place the cooked radish on top, and sprinkle with a little seasoning. And if you spray sesame seeds and finish it off, it's over!!! I don't have any green, so I put the green onion on top.
