Avocado is a healthy fruit with lots of vitamins and minerals. The pulp has a high fat content and protein content and is not sweet. Fruit is often used as a vegetable used in salads and others to be nicknamed butter fruit. Drinking diuretic leaves cleans the liver and lowers high blood pressure.
* How to take care of avocados *
1. Cut the avocado in half around the seeds.
2. Twist the cut avocado by hand.
3. Insert the blade of the middle seed and twist it slightly.
4. Put a spoon between the skin and the flesh to separate the flesh.
