Prepare flour, unsalted butter, sugar powder, egg yolk, yellow cheese powder, and salt

Put the butter at room temperature into a bowl and beat it like cream.

Cream the butter and mix in sugar powder - egg yolk order.

Finally, knead with flour, yellow cheese powder, and salt.

When the powder is somewhat lumped together, put on plastic gloves and knead in one lump

When lumped together, place in paper foil or plastic pack and push to 0.5cm thick
And rest it in the refrigerator for about 20 minutes (=mature)

(Optional) Additionally, use a circular tip (use No. 803) to make it more realistic cheese shapes.

Bake in a 160-degree oven for 15 minutes, 150-degree oven for 10 minutes, a total of 25 minutes.
If you grill it for 25 minutes, it's crispy
If you want a soft texture, you can bake it about 1cm thick.
