Cream the softened butter with a whisk.

Stir with a whisk, adding sugar little by little.

Beat in non-cold eggs with a whisk, dividing.

Sift all the powders two or three times. (Tough flour, baking powder, earl grey powder)

Spread butter on a Gugelhoff mold and thinly spread sunflower seeds for decoration.

Place the dough in a mold, give it a bang bang bang to make it flat, and bake with air fryer baking function. (160 degrees 35 to 40 minutes)
Remove butter, eggs, and milk at room temperature for more than 30 minutes and prepare them in advance so that they are not cold.
When you wonder if the dough is done, it doesn't come off when you poke it with chopsticks or long toothpicks.
