Wash the garlic stems first and prepare them.

Chop the garlic first.

Place cooking oil in a heated pan.

Add chopped green onions.

Add minced garlic, too.

Make garlic + green onion oil while stir-frying not to burn!

When garlic + green onion oil is ready, stir-fry ground pork.

Stir-fry it well so that it doesn't burn.

Add chili oil and stir-fry meat to dissolve well.

Add soy sauce and pepper and stir-fry again.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.

Add the two halves and stir-fry well.

Add chopped garlic and stir-fry.

Lastly, turn off the heat and add chopped Cheongyang red pepper.

If it's fried well, it's done!
Garlic stems should be stir-fried quickly on high heat for a short time to taste better because of the texture :)
It would be a lot if you put it on top of the rice or make it like a triangle kimbap.
I like meat more, so there's a lot of meat in it, but if there were more garlic seeds in it, it would be more like the stir-fried green onion we ate in Taiwan.
