[Home-made meal] Taiwanese kiki restaurant and stir-fried green
I kept thinking about the stir-fried green onion that I ate at the Taiwanese kiki restaurant, so I made it. In Taiwan, they make it with flower chives, but I made it with a lot of meat with garlic stems :)

Ingredients
  • Cooking oil
  • red pepper oil
    4~5T
  • crushed garlic
    1T
  • leek
    1handful
  • Pork and minced meat
  • ground pepper
  • Oyster sauce
    2T
  • Seasoned soy sauce
    2T
  • the head of a team
    2T
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Wash the garlic stems first and prepare them.
STEP 2/15
Chop the garlic first.
STEP 3/15
Place cooking oil in a heated pan.
STEP 4/15
Add chopped green onions.
STEP 5/15
Add minced garlic, too.
STEP 6/15
Make garlic + green onion oil while stir-frying not to burn!
STEP 7/15
When garlic + green onion oil is ready, stir-fry ground pork.
STEP 8/15
Stir-fry it well so that it doesn't burn.
STEP 9/15
Add chili oil and stir-fry meat to dissolve well.
STEP 10/15
Add soy sauce and pepper and stir-fry again.
STEP 11/15
Add oyster sauce and stir-fry.
STEP 12/15
Add the two halves and stir-fry well.
STEP 13/15
Add chopped garlic and stir-fry.
STEP 14/15
Lastly, turn off the heat and add chopped Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 15/15
If it's fried well, it's done!
Garlic stems should be stir-fried quickly on high heat for a short time to taste better because of the texture :) It would be a lot if you put it on top of the rice or make it like a triangle kimbap. I like meat more, so there's a lot of meat in it, but if there were more garlic seeds in it, it would be more like the stir-fried green onion we ate in Taiwan.
