Abalone is the best health food. Let's get some energy with abal
Recently, I received a living abalone as a gift, but I couldn't eat it right away I froze the fresh abalone with a bitter heart crying I was thinking about what to make with that abalone.. Well... I applied for a rice experience event, I heard that I was chosen as the experience group for our variety show The rice was delivered to my house. (Laughing) And so... Using the frozen abalone and experience rice I decided to make abalone rice.^^ I can't eat fishy things, but even if I made it with all the intestines Trust me and follow me because I really don't get anything wrong.(laughs) It's the best for summer health^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
First, wash the rice clean and soak.
STEP 2/15
Use a toothbrush to clean the abalone thoroughly^^
STEP 3/15
Place spoon between abalone shell and abalone flesh and gently turn to remove abalone flesh. And remove the hard teeth.
STEP 4/15
Next, separate the abalone from the intestines.
STEP 5/15
Cut the abalone meat into slices like the picture
STEP 6/15
Please chop the intestines with a knife and make them sound.
STEP 7/15
Now stir-fry sesame oil, ginger liquor, garlic, soaked rice, intestines, and abalone all together.
STEP 8/15
For your information, it's ginger liquor that I made, but if you stir ginger when you have soju left, it'll be a great cooking wine^^
STEP 9/15
You have to stir-fry the rice until the moisture is gone so that the cooking wine flies away and takes the fishy smell with you. Stir-fry it, please^^
STEP 10/15
If the rice is stir-fried to a certain extent, add the rice water to the amount of rice and the East and cook it.
STEP 11/15
When the water boils hard and bubbles enough to shake the lid, lower the heat to medium, and when the rice clings to the pot, turn off the heat for 2 minutes, and let it steam for 15 minutes.
STEP 12/15
I'll make soy sauce while I'm waiting. Chop up the carrots for the soy sauce and chop up the chives and peppers.
STEP 13/15
Add soy sauce and water in equal amounts and make seasoned soy sauce with sliced vegetables, garlic, plum extract, red pepper powder, sesame seeds, and sesame oil.
STEP 14/15
It tastes much better if you add a little bit of chives to the cooked abalone rice. Add as you like
STEP 15/15
If you mix it with the sauce on top of the abalone rice, it's a healthy food, abalone rice. ^^
If you put the abalone on top when it starts to boil, you can make the abalone feel better^^
