STEP 1/8
Wash and trim a carrot and chop it with a knife.. I'm not good with cutting, so it's a bit crooked
I think you can use a chopping knife
Grease the pan with a little bit of oil, sprinkle salt on it, and stir-fry it a little bit. :)

Wash cucumbers with salt and cut them into thick pieces
There are people who pickle it with salt and stir-fry it slightly, but I just use raw cucumbers
It's refreshing and delicious
I used cucumbers because they were in the refrigerator. You can pass if you don't have them, so it's very simple if you think about adding carrots and pickled radish as ingredients at home. :)

I bought pickled radish and burdock because they are sold in the market :) Easy ones are the best You can skip burdock
First, cut the long pickled radish and burdock in half

STEP 7/8
Cut the seaweed for kimbap in half and prepare it
They cut it in half and they usually wrap it's mostly cheap I cut it in half, so I don't have to worry about it bursting
Cut and use seaweed as much as you like!!
STEP 8/8
Place rice in moderation with the rough part of seaweed facing inwards, and spread thinly~~ After you put the ingredients on top, you can roll it with your hands
It doesn't take a long time, nor does it need seaweed feet, so it's very simple and easy to make gimbap
I don't think it took an hour
If you add mustard sauce, there's a lot of gimbap. :)
