STEP 1/7
Chop the prepared vegetables into bite-size pieces
The groom likes Vienna, so I prepared it for him
Spam, ham, anything is fine
You can prepare it according to the refrigerator situation at home
Omelet rice vegetables are easier to eat when they are chopped into small pieces
STEP 2/7
In a 1T oil pan, stir-fry potatoes, carrots, and green onions first
If you think you have enough ingredients, add the rest and stir-fry it again
Add a pinch of salt, pepper, and ketchup and season
And put a bowl of rice in the ingredients and mix it well
STEP 3/7
Boil 1T butter, 4T ketchup, 6T pork cutlet sauce, 2T oligosaccharide, 1st oyster sauce and 1/3 cup water in a pot
Don't forget the pepper dab
Once it boils, the omurice sauce is complete
STEP 4/7
Break 3 eggs, add a pinch of salt and starch and stir well
If you mix starch powder, it's less likely to tear the egg apart
There was starch powder, so I put it in
STEP 5/7
Put the fried rice into the bowl and press it down
Next, put it on the plate and turn it upside down to make it look like a stick
There wasn't much difficulty up to here, was there??
It's the same recipe as just making fried rice
STEP 6/7
After pouring enough oil on a heated frying pan
Pour in the egg mixture
And turn down the heat to medium
When the bottom part is slightly cooked
Bring the egg to the center with wooden chopsticks
Next, wash it with chopsticks!
If you think it's not working well, it's very convenient to turn the pan in the opposite direction Slowly
Stand still with chopsticks collected in the middle and slowly turn the pan :>
The smaller the pan, the easier it is to whirl
STEP 7/7
Put the tornado egg on top of the fried rice on the plate
Shake it gently and get it on top of the rice
And if you sprinkle the sauce
Whirloin omelet rice is done
It's so easy, right???
If you add starch powder while you beat the egg, the tornado will be better :)
