Ingredients
  • apple extract
    700g
  • cinnamon powder
    15g
  • lemon juice
    5g
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Now the apple extract is ripe,
There's a layer of fresh water and dregs-like water^^
STEP 2/10
Separate the upper and lower streams and put them together separately, and when the lower streams become layers again, they will collect them again^^
After separating them, there were some residue left, so I made jjam again^^
The recipe is simple
STEP 3/10
Just put it in the saucepan and boil it^^
STEP 4/10
When it starts to boil, put it on low heat
STEP 5/10
I sometimes stir it and boil it down
STEP 6/10
When it boils down to 1/4 and becomes thick
STEP 7/10
Add cinnamon powder and lemon juice, stir it again, boil it down, and turn off the heat^^
STEP 8/10
I'm going to eat it right away, so I don't sterilize the bottle^^
STEP 9/10
Wow! ^^ Really... I didn't put anything else in...
STEP 10/10
This is really jamming^^ Lol
If you boil it down for too long, it becomes grain syrup Finish boiling before thickening~ Even if it looks like grain syrup, don't add water and boil it again Before you put it on bread, if you microwave it for a while, it's good to put it on ^^
