Don't wash the rice first and soak it in water
Sieve and let soak for 30 minutes

Use a cooking brush to rub the abalone evenly on the front and back.

1) There is heavy metal in the sandbag at the end of the intestines, so please cut it
2) You can chop the intestines without grinding them
3) Rice is soaked in a sieve. Water is equivalent to rice. If you remember that, you can build it up nicely!!
