STEP 1/6
After preparing the salted seaweed stem, wash the salt in cold water, rub it once or twice, and soak it in water for 10 minutes to make it salty
STEP 2/6
Squeeze the water out of the seaweed stalk and cut it into bite-size pieces
STEP 3/6
Prepare a medium-sized red onion and cut it not too thin
STEP 4/6
Put the sunflower oil in the pan, add the seaweed stems, sprinkle a little bit of pepper and stir-fry for 3 minutes
*Put pepper powder in because of the fishy smell of seaweed stems, but if you don't like it, you can take it out
STEP 5/6
Add the sliced red onion, sprinkle a pinch of salt on top of it, and stir-fry as you mix gently
STEP 6/6
Stir-fry the red onion until it becomes slightly transparent, add sesame oil/sesame oil, mix it, remove it from the pan, cool it down, and place it in a side dish container
If you stir-fry it with onions, you have to move it from the pan to another bowl to make the onion crunchy
