Prepare unsalted butter at room temperature.

Pour the dough into a 5.75 * 3 inch pound cake mold and arrange with sides facing up and center pies.

Make a cut in the middle of the dough.

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, remove from mold and place on cooling net.

Wrap it with plastic wrap and leave it for about an hour.
