Add 1 tablespoon of carrot and stir-fry, then add 1ts of salt and stir-fry.
It's going to be mixed with seasoned soy sauce, so it can be a little bland.
STEP 4/4
Add a lot of stir-fried carrots to the rice and mix with 2 tablespoons of seasoned soy sauce and sesame seeds. It's a generous sauce for 2 people, so please add seasoning soy sauce according to the amount of rice.

Carrots are also slightly seasoned (rice > marinade > carrot > sesame seeds > sesame oil) and are delicious.
Carrots stir-fried with perilla oil and salt are delicious as a side dish.
