Making simple stew, fish cake tofu jjigae, fish cake tofu jjigae
I made a simple stew with fish cakes bought as emergency ingredients in the freezer and soft tofu that is delicious no matter how I eat it. It's a spicy tofu stew that looks like fish cake soup with little soup.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
In an earthen pot, cut 300g of tofu into bite-sized pieces to 0.5 to 1cm thick. And prepare 1 tablespoon salted shrimp, 1 tablespoon minced garlic, and 1 green onion and cut the white part sideways.

There are shiitake mushrooms that are cut and dried, so I put them in. Wash 12 pieces of dried shiitake mushrooms in running water and put them in.

Then pour 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder and 2+1/2 cups of water and boil it.
STEP 4/5
When the soup boils evenly over high heat, reduce it to medium to low heat and cut two square fish cakes into bite-sized pieces.

And when the fish cake is cooked gently, slice the green onion diagonally.
