STEP 1/6
Add 1.5T of soy sauce, 1T of sugar, and 6T of water and make sauce first
* If you don't like sweet things, adjust the sugar level!
STEP 2/6
Add 1T of thick salt and boil 80g of pasta
* Tip! Leave 90ml of noodles
STEP 3/6
While the noodles are boiling, stir-fry 2T of minced garlic and 2T of chopped green onions. Then stir-fry 100g of sliced pork belly
STEP 4/6
When the noodles are cooked, add the noodles to the stir-fried pork belly, pour the sauce, and bring to a boil
* If it feels a bit dry, add enough noodles
STEP 5/6
Add the sliced cheongyang pepper, stir-fry enough to mix the sauce and noodles, and then add pepper at the end!
* You can add Vietnamese pepper, pepperoncino, and Crushed Red Pepper
STEP 6/6
Put it on a plate and sprinkle parsley powder to finish it off. It's delicious and simple!
* It tastes better with Parmesan cheese powder
