In the past, Paris Baguette I was addicted to mochi mochi cheese sticks I thought about the taste and texture. I tried it today. We need tapioca starch I didn't want to buy this I imitated it with glutinous rice flour. ^^

  • Baking powder

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Oligosaccharide

  • grape seed oil

  • Eggs

  • Butter

  • Milk

  • Cheddar cheese
    3piece
  • mozzarella cheese

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Add salt to flour and mix well.
STEP 2/11
Add eggs and butter.
STEP 3/11
Add oil.
STEP 4/11
Boil the milk and make the dough.
STEP 5/11
You don't have to knead a lot, but for a chewy texture, knead it for about 5 minutes.
STEP 6/11
When the dough is about done, tear the cheddar and mozzarella cheese and knead it.

If the cheese is mixed evenly
Divide the dough into 14 to 15 pieces.

Put paper foil on the oven pan
Roll out the dough one by one.

Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

It seems to stretch similarly like tapioca starch. ^^
