STEP 1/6
Boil 5 cups of water in a pot and when the water starts to boil, add the noodles and simmer for 4 minutes.
When the water boils and is about to overflow, boil it by pouring cold water little by little.
STEP 2/6
Boil the eggs hard, too. If it's not too big, boil it for 10 minutes after it boils, then it's fully cooked^^
STEP 3/6
Cut the watermelon into pieces and grind it well with a cup of commercial cold noodles broth. You can grind watermelon seeds together. There is no inconvenience in eating it if it is finely grounding it.
If you feel the soup is a bit bland, add a pinch of salt.
STEP 4/6
Rinse well-boiled noodles in cold water and drain well.
STEP 5/6
Pour the watermelon broth into the boiled noodles.
STEP 6/6
Add the watermelon, cucumber and boiled egg as garnish, and it's done.
I like it when the soup is big, so I used 300g of watermelonIf you want a small amount of soup, you can make 200g of watermelon.
One pinch of salt is an option, so please taste it and adjust it.
