Wash frozen seafood in light salt water
Rinse a couple of times and drain

Cut defrosted seafood into bite-size pieces

Cut the green onion and white bamboo to make green onion oil

Chop it up

Cut 5 rolls of garlic

Cut half of the onion into small pieces

Cut carrots into similar sizes as onions

Lastly, cut the bean sprouts into 2-3cm pieces

Pour 2T of oil into the pan and stir-fry green onion and garlic

When green onions and garlic are golden
Add 1T of seafood and cooking wine and put it on high heat

When all the water that comes out evaporates
Stir-fry onions and carrots a couple of times

Tilt the pan and add 1T of soy sauce
Boil it slightly and mix the ingredients quickly

If it's evenly colored
Add 2 bowls of rice and 2T of oyster sauce and mix them evenly
Season and add oyster sauce if it's bland.

Stir-fry it so that the rice grains come alive

If the rice is chewy and the fried rice is seasoned, add 2T of butter and mix it

Lastly, add bean sprouts and green onions
If you stir-fry it with pepper
Seafood fried rice that tastes like fire is complete
1) If you blanch seafood, it's not tasty, so you have to use it raw, but you have to blow off moisture over high heat to make the fried rice dry~
2) Cook all over high heat except for green onion oil
3) If you prepare rice and ingredients in a 1:1 ratio, it's delicious
