Making Tamago Menchikatsu at home
It's a Japanese dish, and it's fried with meat wrapped in half-boiled eggs.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Boil 10 eggs and add half a spoonful of salt. The water starts to boil exactly, take it out in 7 minutes, soak it in cold water, and soak it in ice water.

Chop the three vegetables I'm going to cut it very finely.

Mix the beef and pork, add a pinch of pepper and salt, and add all the vegetables.

Add garlic and sesame seeds, add 3 spoons of flour and mix well together.

Now, stack the side of the egg half-cooked with meat.Make the meat not too thick.

Put the flour first, then the egg mixture, and then make the bread crumbs in order. Bread crumbs can be broken into breads.

The oil temperature is fried crispy at 170 degrees Celsius.
Do not let the fire burn over medium heat.
Roll it round and cook it.

When it's finished, I wrapped it in character foil to give it to the children.
This is a pretty foil that I bought at Starbucks a while ago.
You can only use Korean beef if you like. Be sure to add a spoonful of pork cutlet sauce or Worcester sauce when mixing meat. You can add a little bit of ginger to the pork dish.
