Please trim the vegetables first. Vegetables are not necessarily set. I like green onions and I don't have chives, so I added green onions. I have cucumbers and paprika at home, so I put them in. It was delicious because it was refreshing.

The green part with the top of the cucumber tastes bitter. It's better to cut a lot.

Slice a green onion thinly, too. Cut it vertically and horizontally.
I usually like green onions. It's good to just cut green onions and season them. Many people are reluctant to cook the main dish because they think green onions will be spicy. If you season green onions, it's not spicy at all, so try making seasoned green onions.

Slice Cheongyang red pepper and red pepper thinly, too.
It's better to slice Cheongyang red pepper thinly. When you eat Cheongyang red pepper and octopus together, it maximizes the taste.

Cut the octopus into bite-size pieces, please.

Mix in the seasoning.
Add 2T of soy sauce, 2T of brewed soy sauce, 3t of sugar, 1t of salt, 3t of minced garlic, 1t of red pepper powder, 3t of sesame seeds, and 2T of perilla oil and mix well.

Add seasoning to the prepared ingredients and mix well.

The seasoned octopus and soy sauce is done. Doesn't it look refreshing? I think it would be good to enjoy salad with lettuce.
