I used to soak the meat in rice water or milk for 10 to 15 minutes, so I also used chicken in rice water.

Cut the pepper in half,
Chop green onions,
Cabbage is square,
Cut asparagus into bite-size pieces.

Put oil on the pan and put chicken leg meat on it
Bake with the shell side down (to the pan).

If you think there's a bit of oil from the chicken

Stir-fry whole garlic, chopped green onions, and pepperoncino.

When you think the chicken is golden brown
Add cabbage and a spoonful of sugar
Stir-fry it gently as if sugar is coated

Add soy sauce 2, oyster sauce 1, minced garlic 1 (measure with rice spoon)
Pour enough water and stir-fry it

Lastly, if you stir-fry the pepper and asparagus

It's done with the golden fried chicken with red pepper.
