Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
First, cut the squid vertically in the inner part, and cut it 2cm horizontally.
Then, tear it on both sides and cut it with a knife to make it easier to eat.
STEP 2/5
Prepare the sauce for the squid.
Add 2 half-dried squid, 2T mayonnaise, 1T honey, half chopped cheongyang red pepper, and a little wasabi and mix well.
STEP 3/5
Spread sauce on prepared squid, sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar, then cut butter into small pieces.
STEP 4/5
Place in air fryer and bake at 180 degrees for 12 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the dryness of the squid or the air fryer. I think it would be good to bake every 5 minutes, open it, and adjust the time. It was nice to turn the body of the squid for 10 minutes and the legs for 8 minutes.
STEP 5/5
Then the delicious grilled squid butter is completed. I think it would be good to adjust the degree of grilling of squid according to your personal preference. I like to grill a lot, so I cook it a little more and eat it.
