STEP 1/9
I'm going to bake pancakes first.
You can easily make it by buying the pancake powder sold on the market. I made waffle pie with powder. The waffle pie mix is a bit more salty than the pancake. That's why it tastes better when you make a cake.
STEP 2/9
It's good to spread out the ladle one by one and bake it in a similar shape and size.
I'm going to stack them up like mille-feuille. You can bake several sheets, and the shape needs to be consistent to stack them up nicely, right?
STEP 3/9
Let's make whipped cream.
I didn't buy whipped cream, but I made it with whipped cream.
You can use a blender or I used a hand mixer. If you turn it around to a certain extent, you can see that it's getting whipped cream. If you turn it around until you get the texture you want, you're done making whipped cream. A bowl of whipped cream is done in less than five minutes.^^
STEP 4/9
Cut the strawberries.
Wash the strawberries clean, remove the stalk, and drain them again using kitchen towels.
And then cut it into 4 pieces vertically. The two pieces in the middle are flat on both sides, flat on both sides, and round on both sides.
STEP 5/9
You can stack it now.
Put a lot of whipped cream on top of the pancake
Turn the flat strawberries outward and put the round part in the middle. That way, the shape looks pretty. The middle part is the invisible part.
STEP 6/9
If you cut the top strawberry in half and cut the top part into a V shape, the strawberry will look like a heart.
STEP 7/9
And sprinkle a lot of honey on the strawberries.
STEP 8/9
If you sprinkle sugar powder on top of it, it becomes a prettier strawberry cake like a snowflake on top of a strawberry.
STEP 9/9
With layers of pancakes, whipped cream and red strawberries. It's pretty and makes you want to eat it.
There's nothing special, but it's a real cake.
