A different side dish~ Tomato soy sauce pickle
I made a tomato pickle with a different side dish in the hot summer

Ingredients
  • Tomato
    1kg
  • bay leaf
    3piece
  • Oligosaccharide
    2cup
  • a thick salt
    1cup
  • thick soy sauce
    1cup
  • Sugar
    1.5cup
  • apple vinegar
    1cup
  • Water
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8

After preparing the fresh tomatoes, cut them into 2~4 pieces and remove the seeds in the middle with a spoon

Remove the seeds thoroughly

Sprinkle with oligosaccharide
STEP 4/8
Sprinkle thick pickling salt evenly on top of oligosaccharide and soak for 5-6 hours to drain

I made it the night before, and the moisture came out of the tomato

Don't wash it, drain it from the tray, and place it in a storage container

Combine dark soy sauce/apple vinegar/sugar/water, add bay leaves and simmer
STEP 8/8
After cooling down the soy sauce, pour the pickled tomatoes into the container
After 3 days, pour the soy sauce vinegar and boil it again
Cool it down completely and pour it again. After 2 to 3 more days of aging, take it out little by little
Add the sweetness to your taste and take it out
