Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Add a steamer large enough to fit into the rice cooker and pour enough water not to rise onto the steamer
STEP 2/5
I put in 3 pieces of thawed fish meat. I like steamed white fish. You can use any white fish. I used perch. Place 1T of mirin evenly on top of the fish
STEP 3/5
Sliced ginger to fill with ginger flavor and place on top, or lightly covered with ginger powder.
Please cook multi-purpose stew for 10 minutes
STEP 4/5
It's cooked
STEP 5/5
Pour the soy sauce into a bowl to moisten the fish. You can use thick soy sauce. I ended up using 2T of soy sauce for 3 pieces of fish. You can add more. You can dip the meat in soy sauce while eating.
It's delicious because it smells like ginger
