There are a lot of ice cream sold in the market, but I chose ingredients to eat less sweet and healthy.
As I planned, the sweetness decreased and the combination of avocado and banana was great

I bought the avocado 3 days before using it. When you eat it, cut it in half, poke the middle seed with a knife, and turn it gently to remove it.

Place oat milk, condensed milk, avocado and banana in blender and turn

Use roasted or roasted almonds, but add a little to the side of the knife.
Lois chocolate is raw chocolate, so it keeps on melting even if you touch it a little by little.
I quickly cut one into 1/4 pieces

I poured the smoothie up to the line on the top of the ice bottle. I added chocolate and almonds in between and mixed them
STEP 6/6
Freeze in freezer for at least 5 hours! I made it in the morning and took it out in the late afternoon, and it froze well :)
