Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Soak the peppers in water with a few drops of vinegar and wash them to dry.Wipe the garlic well, cut the tail, wipe the water, and drain the skin of a grain of ginger (about two fingers).

If you boil soy sauce once a day for three days, you can eat it for about a month.Soy sauce can also be used as flavored soy sauce.
