STEP 1/8
Watching the Pay-Continued Recipe video is a great help to make new recipes!! Go!!!
First, strain the commercial galbitang through a sieve and drain the broth separately. I used Bibigo among commercial products.
If you leave the product in the refrigerator for more than an hour before sticking it to the tray, the beef oil in the broth will harden and filter it on the tray, so you can eat the broth more neatly.
Bibigo Galbitang had a ratio of 60g of meat and 340g of broth.
STEP 2/8
Remove 50cc of galbitang stock first, add all the sauce, mix well, and store in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours. It's even better if you ripen it for a day
STEP 3/8
Remove 50cc from the sauce, pour the dongchimi stock into the remaining stock, add sugar and vinegar, stir well until the sugar dissolves, cover with plastic, and place in the freezer for about 4 hours.
If you don't have enough sour taste, add the noodles later and add them when you eat them. Dongchimi broth is made from Ottogi.
STEP 4/8
If you go into the freezer for about 4 hours, you'll get thin ice.
STEP 5/8
Cut the meat and radish into bite-size pieces
STEP 6/8
Put buckwheat noodles in a bowl for one person, pour the broth for the water makguksu, and pour only half of the sauce for the bibim makguksu. Taste and add seasoning.
Sprinkle the meat, radish, and seaweed flakes
Add a lot of seaweed flakes~ Makguksu goes well with seaweed flakes. Garnish may include cucumbers, lettuce, perilla leaves, carrots, etc. I skipped eggs because there was meat, so you can put it on top.
STEP 7/8
Mulmakguksu is complete!! Enjoy your meal
STEP 8/8
Bibim makguksu is complete! Enjoy it
1. Watching the Pay-Continued Recipe video is a great help in producing new recipes!! Way to go!!
2. There is a difference between measuring the video and measuring the recipe I measure it with regular rice mix (7 to 8cc) and the formula for 10,000 recipes is 1T (table spoon, 15cc) and uploaded accordingly. Please note that the amount of rice mixed at home is different from the 1T in the recipe
If you need to measure rice, please refer to the video~
