  • perilla oil

  • Oyster sauce

  • Oligosaccharide

  • ground pepper

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Boil the fish cake in boiling water for a minute. (The fish cake is a bit thick, so I boiled it a little bit.) It also removes impurities

Drain the boiled fish cake.

Put 2 tablespoons of perilla oil in a pan, chop the other side of the pan, and stir-fry it over medium heat for about a minute.
