STEP 1/10
Boil spaghetti noodles in boiling water with a little salt for about 10 minutes.
Remove only the noodles and coat them with olive oil to prevent the spaghetti from getting soggy!!
STEP 2/10
Slice whole garlic into appropriate thicknesses and shred 1/2 onions.
They prepared perilla leaves too.
STEP 3/10
Add 1.5T of soy sauce, 1T of oyster sauce, 1T of minced garlic, and 2T of cooking wine and make the sauce.
STEP 4/10
Grease the pan and stir-fry the garlic first, then add the onions and stir-fry together.
STEP 5/10
Transfer the stir-fried garlic and onions for a while and stir-fry the beef brisket.
I wiped the oil with a kitchen towel.
STEP 6/10
When the meat is done, add garlic and onions again.
STEP 7/10
Add the boiled spaghetti noodles and stir-fry slightly.
STEP 8/10
Add the sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 9/10
Sprinkle with a little pepper and turn off the heat if the sauce has soaked into the noodles.
STEP 10/10
Place the last sliced perilla leaf on top.
The luxurious beef brisket pasta is simply completed.
You can feel it with just beef brisket, but I added garlic and especially fragrant perilla leaves, so it really helped me feel it.
