STEP 1/11
Let's start with curry.
Cut all the ingredients for the curry into bite-size pieces.
Everything in the refrigerator can be an ingredient.
Please put anything in.
As an explanation, I put in the mushrooms because there were potatoes, carrots, and mushrooms left.
STEP 2/11
Defrost 2~3 pieces of chicken breast in the microwave and cut them into bite-size pieces.
If it's raw chicken, cut it into pieces right away.
If you want to eat meat, you can eat 4 pieces.
STEP 3/11
Boil 1 cup 450mm in a pot for 4 servings of curry.
When the water boils, add chicken breast and cook.
STEP 4/11
If the chicken breast is cooked to a certain extent, cut it into pieces and add all the ingredients you have prepared.
STEP 5/11
Add all the ingredients and add 1 to 2 cups of water depending on the volume of the pot.
Based on the ingredients and the pot I prepared
I could feel the right amount of thickness with one cup
2 cups could give off a slightly watery feeling.
Adjust the water according to your preference.
And boil it.
STEP 6/11
Now wash and trim the bean sprouts.
Usually, a bag of bean sprouts contains about 300 grams.
It was okay for me to put in all the pot sizes, but please put it in while looking at the pot size.
STEP 7/11
Boil the water in a pot, then put the pack back in the boiling water and let it soak properly to remove the pack.
STEP 8/11
Boil bean sprouts in anchovies or seafood packs.
STEP 9/11
When it starts to boil, add one or two fists of green onion.
I used frozen green onions, but you can use green onions instead of frozen ones.
STEP 10/11
I think the curry ingredients are ready by now.
Add curry powder to it.
It's not a problem that can be solved with a spoon or two of dad's spoon.
Based on the curry queen sold in the market, one pack is 108 grams, but if you put it all in, it'll be 4 servings. Put it all in. And boil it while looking at the concentration. That's it!
STEP 11/11
The bean sprout soup is cooked by now.
Put 2 spoons of soy sauce and dad's spoon in it. It's over.
If you like, you can add half a spoon of minced garlic, but I didn't.
