Mix flour and pancake mix 1:1 and add 5 cups and 4.5-5 cups of water to make the dough a little thinner. I usually use a 1:1 ratio of flour and water. Adjust the amount of water by mixing the dough. If the dough is too thick, the pancake will not taste good.
