STEP 1/10
When you make chicken cutlet with chicken leg meat, it's good to remove the skin and oil from the meat.
It can be greasy because it will be fried.
If you like greasy food, you can leave it. Haha
You can do the same thing when you make chicken breast.
STEP 2/10
Marinate chicken leg meat in milk for a cleaner taste.
I put it to sleep for about 20 minutes.
STEP 3/10
I'm going to make it and put it in the freezer, so I washed it with milk on the chicken leg.
If you can make it and eat it all, you can just shake off the milk water and use it as it is.
You don't have to rinse the chicken soaked in milk when using it as a fry.
I'm going to season the chicken legs.
I just made it neat with salt and pepper.
STEP 4/10
Beat in eggs to make chicken cutlet, prepare bread crumbs and flour.
I used frying powder instead of flour.
I like the crispy taste, so I make it with frying powder.
STEP 5/10
Coat the chicken leg with frying powder thinly.
Make sure to apply it evenly and if you brush it off at the end, it won't get too thick.
I don't like thick batter, so I put it on not too thick.
STEP 6/10
Coat fried chicken legs with egg water evenly.
You need to coat it with egg wash well to coat it with bread crumbs evenly.
STEP 7/10
Put bread crumbs on it. Press it down and let it get on well.
STEP 8/10
It's a chicken cutlet that makes you feel reassured.
If you keep the leftover in the freezer and fry it without defrosting, it's delicious!
It feels good to find things like this in the freezer when there are no side dishesHaha
Visual is the same dish as pork cutlet.
STEP 9/10
Add oil and fry chicken cutlet.
I poured oil to cover about a third of it and fried it.
Fry back and forth until golden brown.
If you want to fry it with air fryer, it's more delicious if you put oil spray on the front and back of the chicken cutlet.
STEP 10/10
I was bored to just eat pork cutlet sauce, so I added a little bit of perilla powder and wasabi, and it was so good.
The slightly savory and pungent taste of wasabi goes well with chicken cutlet.
