Japanese-style eggplant rice: simple and delicious!
I prepared a really simple recipe today. I made Japanese-style eggplant rice. I made it into a bowl of rice topped with soft grilled eggplants on a sweet and salty soy sauce. I think people who don't like eggplants will enjoy it. Because this rice with eggplants is not soft but the eggplants are really soft.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut off the tip of one eggplant
Please peel it.
STEP 2/7
Cut it in half with a knife, put it in a microwave, and close the lid
Microwave for a minute and a half.

After that, put the eggplant in the sheath
Spread it out.
STEP 4/7
Next, please make the sauce.
1 tablespoon of sugar, 2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce,
Add 1 tbsp water and mix well.

Then, put cooking oil on a heated frying pan
Cook the eggplant until golden.

When the eggplants are golden brown, lower the heat
Pour in the prepared sauce and boil down.
STEP 7/7
When the sauce boils down, turn off the heat
Pour the remaining sauce over the rice.
And put the eggplant on top of it, and it's done.
