#Favorite side dish #Stir-fried mapo tofu noodles
Instead of flour noodles, I added healthy tofu noodles and ate it. It's so good. I highly recommend it^^ It's good if it's tofu that's good -The detailed cooking method is also shown in the video^^

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Wash the tofu in running water and soak it in water
STEP 2/10
Pour plenty of cooking oil into a heated frying pan, add 2 spoons of pepper powder, and serve with pepper oil

Add minced garlic and chopped onions and stir-fry together
STEP 4/10
Stir-fry mushrooms and pork, too

Stir-fry the rest of the ingredients

You have to add some red pepper powder and water or anchovy broth so that it doesn't burn

Stir-fry it until it boils, add 3 spoons of oyster sauce and pepper and boil it boils well

When it starts to boil, add the washed tofu and mix well
You don't have to boil it for a long time

You can wrap it up with sesame oil and sesame seeds^^
You can season it with salt to your liking. It's so good if you mix it with rice^^
