Making Spam Mari

Ingredients
  • dried seaweed for kimbap
  • canned ham
    1/2can
  • instant rice
    1bowl
  • Salt
  • Sesame oil
  • Sesame
  • Eggs
    2ea
  • Kimchi
    1/2cup
  • Red pepper powder
    1spoon
  • Sugar
    1/2spoon
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, cut the spam into long pieces and grill it in the pan until it's golden brown
STEP 2/8
Prepare half a cup or half a bowl of kimchi with a paper cup, add 1 spoon of red pepper powder and half a spoon of sugar, and stir-fry slightly
STEP 3/8
You can prepare rice with sesame oil, salt, and whole dog as if you're rolling a regular gimbap
STEP 4/8
Spam. Mari itself is a small mini gimbap, so I prepared it in 4 pieces. It doesn't matter if you roll it big, but use it after you cut it in 4 pieces or 1/3 of it

Then spread the rice about 3/4 and add 1 ham and kimchi
