STEP 1/10
Wash chicken wings thoroughly with 1C Cheongju (with soju glass).
*There is a little blood coming out, so wash it about three times.
STEP 2/10
Cut the white part of the green onion and take out the wick
Please shred it.
*If you have a hard time making green onion salad, you can cut it sideways.
STEP 3/10
Chop and chop Cheongyang peppers.
STEP 4/10
Make a spicy sauce with sugar, oligosaccharide, cooking wine, plum syrup, red pepper paste, capsaicin, and ground garlic.
*If you can't eat spicy food or children, please remove capsaicin.
*Oligosaccharide and plum extract are sweet, so I didn't add much sugar.
STEP 5/10
Season chicken wings with salt, pepper, and cooking wine.
*I'm going to fry it and boil it down in the sauce, so please season it briefly.
STEP 6/10
Put chicken wings in a plastic bag and coat it with starch or frying powder.
*If you put a piece of flour on each chicken wing, it's thick
I only get flour on it, so please shake it in a plastic bag and coat it thinly.
STEP 7/10
Put chicken wings in a self-greased pan
Cover and fry over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
*For your health, I added a small amount of oil, but you can bake it in an air fryer or oven.
STEP 8/10
Boil the sauce, green onion salad, crushed garlic, and chopped peppers in another pan.
STEP 9/10
When the sauce boils, reduce the heat to medium, add fried chicken wings, and mix until there is a little seasoning left.
STEP 10/10
Lastly, peanut powder or almond powder
Spray it and complete it's done.
I added oligosaccharide and plum extract, so I didn't add much sugar.
The capsaicin is too hot, so make it without the children.
Chicken is usually soaked in milk to get rid of the smell, but it's clean with refined rice wine
I removed it.
