I cooked frozen potato wedges in the air fryer ^^

Pour enough oil into the pan.

Place the cut sausage over high heat and close the lid (laughsighs].

Turn the sausage over when cooked to a certain extent.
STEP 5/13
Remove the sausage to a plate and do not throw away this oil! I'd like to change it to medium heat.

Add minced garlic.
STEP 7/13
Add onions and peppers
STEP 8/13
Add tomato sauce when cooked to a certain extent.
STEP 9/13
Add paprika powder, cinnamon powder, and curry powder.
***Leave some curry powder!***
STEP 10/13
Add water and stir before the powder burns.
STEP 11/13
Add ketchup to taste and stir again.
STEP 12/13
When the sauce gets thick, turn off the heat
STEP 13/13
Pour the sauce over the sausages and potatoes and add the remaining curry powder.

1. Make sure to cut it tightly!
2. It tastes even better with potatoes.
3. I live in the US and the US sausage is salty and didn't put salt in the sauce. Please taste it.
