Cooking Steps

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 2/13
Put it in cold water and drain the starch.
You can rinse it by changing the water two or three times.

The amount of water depends on the amount of potatoes, so pour it in half.

Add soy sauce while boiling potatoes.
First, add 1-2 spoons and boil first, and when the water is half-reduced, season again.

Boil it with soy sauce and kelp.

Add green onions and boil it.
You have to put it in a container to make braised potatoes so that it doesn's.
If you want to eat green onion with it, cut it when you add garlic later.
STEP 10/13
Add garlic when the water is half boiled down.
If you put whole garlic in it, it tastes less like garlic.
If you cut it into slices, it will give you more garlic flavor, so please cut it and put it in.
STEP 11/13
When you think you have 1/3 of the soup left, add honey.
If you add honey, the sweetness that feels soft is very good.
Adjust the amount of honey to your liking.
STEP 12/13
Add honey, remove the green onions, and add onions.
Onions are delicious with potatoes later, but if you put them in from the beginning, they'll get mushy, so it's better to put them in later.
STEP 13/13
If the soup is almost boiled down, the end is sesame oil!
Add a spoonful of sesame oil and mix it. That's it.
If you add sesame oil at the end without mixing it with the sauce, it becomes more savory.
Powderful potatoes are good for deep-fried dishes, Potatoes with less powder and more moisture are good for steamed salad recipes.
