Stir-fried duck made with garlic stems. It's protein and not gre
To make a healthy meat dish, I added a lot of vegetables and stir-fried them so that they are not greasy. When you stir-fry smoked duck with garlic stems, the crunchiness of garlic stems and the chewy taste of duck meat go well together. It is more delicious because it relieves the greasy taste when eating it with raw chives.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, cut the garlic stems into 5cm pieces and blanch them slightly in boiling water
STEP 2/8
Shred the onions. Carrots are half-moon shaped. Cheongyang red pepper. Cut red pepper diagonally.
STEP 3/8
Stir-fry smoked duck in a pan. I don't put in cooking oil
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry duck meat slightly, add minced garlic, stir-fry, and place on a plate.
STEP 5/8
Stir-fry smoked duck and discard the remaining oil.
STEP 6/8
In a pan, add pre-cut vegetables and blanched garlic stems, add 2 tablespoons oyster sauce and oligosaccharide, and stir-fry in a short time.
STEP 7/8
Stir-fry the vegetables and add the pre-fried smoked duck and stir-fry it. It's done
STEP 8/8
If you cut chives and eat them together, it's more sweet and delicious.
Please discard the oil after frying the smoked duck. That way, it doesn't make it more white and greasy.
