Prepare the meat seasoning.
Seasoning for 600g of meat (soy sauce, red pepper paste, oyster sauce, and soy sauce) is added according to your preference. 3 Ts of soy sauce salty taste
Think of sweet seasonings (sugar, grain syrup, cooking wine, plum, ginger syrup, etc.) and use the seasoning you have at home.

Marinate the meat in the prepared seasoning.

In the meantime, cut the onion into 0.5cm thick pieces.

Cut the green onions into long pieces

Cut the peppers sideways and remove the seeds.

Stir-fry the meat in a pan. We don't add oil because it comes from ducks.
STEP 7/8
When the meat is cooked to a certain extent, stir-fry the green onions, onions, and soft peppers.
STEP 8/8
Lastly, add chopped chives and sprinkle sesame seeds.
It's good to marinate meat in advance with sweet seasonings and spices that help with tenderness.
The chives at the end are so delicious because they blend in with duck oil.
Fried rice is a must. It tastes better without sesame oil and perilla oil.^^
