Cha Seung-won's Three Meals a Day, Fishing Village Episode 5 Fol
Thunder and lightning and heavy rain... What's wrong with the weather? When I use my laptop, I downloaded the application on my smartphone that I don't use and turned on the TV. Today, I only turned on tvN, and the 3 Meals a Day Fishing Village episode kept replaying. While watching that, I decided on today's menu. It's braised radish. The color of the radish is so pretty that it looks delicious. It's not the same as the one on the show, but I'll make a slightly modified radish mushroom.

  • Oligosaccharide
    1cup
  • Water
    3cup
  • Soy sauce
    1cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
It's a relief that there's half of the radish left ^^ I cut it into big pieces on the show, but the firepower of my house and there are different, so I cut it in size according to my situation.
STEP 2/7
I added 1 cup of soy sauce, 1 cup of oligosaccharide, and 3 cups of water as paper cups.
Should I measure my eyes on the show? I did it and changed it. If it doesn't taste good, I tried to take out the improved one, but it fits my taste, so I put it up
STEP 3/7
I put in ten pepperoncinos.
There was Cheongyang chili in the broadcast, but after seeing the spicy taste of pepperoncino, I was going to add Cheongyang chili, but I didn't because it was spicy
STEP 4/7
I boiled it for 20 minutes on high heat.
If there was green onion, I would have boiled it, but I didn't because there was only green onion
STEP 5/7
I've prepared ingredients to put inside while the radish is cooked.
There are oyster mushrooms in Cha Seung-won's braised radish, but we don't have them at home. Instead, I cut two mushrooms because there were shiitake mushrooms and saesongi mushrooms. Chef Cha didn't put water in the onions, but I only cut half and prepared 4 whole garlic and 3 pieces of ginger.
STEP 6/7
I boiled it down for about 20 minutes, and the color has permeated the radish.
I should've trimmed the radish in a round shape... The corners are bumping, so it doesn't look clean
STEP 7/7
I put all the ingredients I prepared and boiled it for another 15 minutes on low heat.
There was a lot of soup on the show, but I'll add more water next time
