It's a bowl of kimchi avocado rice that's easy to make and eat. The ripe avocado melts in your mouth and the taste of kimchi is a little exaggerated, so it feels like fried kimchi in butter... I'm craving for sour kimchi, so I put in enough kimchi and only half of the avocado, so it'd be great to put in one avocado as much as I want

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut only the stems of the sour kimchi into small pieces, squeeze the soup, chop the chives, and season them with a little bit of brewed soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sesame salt

Mix the seasoned kimchi well and taste it and add a little seasoning to suit your taste

Cut the avocado in half, peel it, cut it into small pieces, mix it with seasoned kimchi, and add a little sesame oil at the end.
