Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Cut 800g of chicken breast into 3cm cubes
STEP 2/16
Put the chicken breast in a big bowl,
Add a tablespoon of alcohol that is not as strong and sweet as rum, rice wine, or Chinese liquor.
This is the key to delicious fried food!
If you don't have it, you can add 1.5 tablespoons of beer, which is not sweet and has a high alcohol content.
STEP 3/16
And 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
STEP 4/16
Add just one white egg
STEP 5/16
If you mix it well, it's very watery, so you don't know what kind of dough it is, but you did well
STEP 6/16
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in refrigerator for at least 15 minutes (make sauce in the meantime!)
STEP 7/16
Take out the chicken marinated in the refrigerator and mix it with a cup (250ml) of flour
STEP 8/16
If it's like sujebi dough, you did a good job. These chunks of flour become the most crunchy and savory batter you'll ever eat until the last grain
STEP 9/16
I have to eat it quickly later, so please make starch water while I heat up the oil. (Starch 2T + Water 2T)
STEP 10/16
Fry oil twice at 165 degrees for 3 minutes- You don't put the fried child back in right away, you just fry all the pieces once and then fry them again.
It's crispy when it comes out of the air, cools down, and is fried again
STEP 11/16
Frying clothes are like real clothes on every piece of chicken! You have to wrap it around your shoulders like Kim Hee-ae with a muffler to make it crispy and savory
STEP 12/16
When it's all fried, I take out the oil well
STEP 13/16
Make the chicken while it's being marinated!
Put 3T of oil in the saucepan
AllStir-fry 1T of garlic
STEP 14/16
When the garlic is cooked enough not to feel like chewing raw garlic,
Add 2T of chicken stock, 2T of sugar, 1T of soy sauce, 50mp of honey, and a lemon by squeezing or slicing it in a whole, and add or subtract lemon and sugar over low heat to suit your taste.
When it starts to boil, stir in the starch water
STEP 15/16
If starch water is mixed well, add about half the chicken and mix.
I enjoyed half-and-half chicken.
Double the amount of sauce if you want to coat it with lemon sauce.
If you heat it for too long, the lemon scent and taste will disappear, so prepare an extra lemon and add it to your liking
STEP 16/16
If you sprinkle lemon slices and parsley powder, you can enjoy Honey Lemon Chicken for the first time in your life
Adjust the amount of lemon and sugar to your taste, If you spray maple syrup at the end, it's a perfect match!
