STEP 1/8
Please prepare chives and green onions as much as you can see in the image.
If you like pancakes with a lot of vegetables, it's delicious even if there are more vegetables.
It is fine to prepare more then shown in the image if you like the pancake which has much more veggies than the pancake dough.
If I had more chives I would add, but all I had was this amount at that time.
STEP 2/8
Slice the green onions thinly
Cut the chives into two fingers.
Slice green onion as thin as possible.

Slice onion as thin as possible.

Mix 1 cup flour and 1 cup water.
Please don't add vegetables yet.
Mix 1 cup of Korean pancake mix and 1 cup of water.
Do not add the veggies yet!
STEP 5/8
Mix with vegetables.
It feels like the dough is too small or dry, but it's okay. If you add eggs, it's just enough.
Add the veggies and mix with the dough.
You might feel that there is not enough water in the dough but it is going to be fine after adding an egg.
STEP 6/8
Add the eggs and mix again.
Add an egg and mix with the dough and veggies.
STEP 7/8
Heat the pan (medium heat).
Place as thin as possible and fry. (Continued on medium heat)
When flipping, lightly add oil to the tip of the pan.
Don't turn it over often, but turn it over once when it looks like the dough is disappearing a lot like grilled pork belly.
And turn it over one last time in 2-3 minutes and turn off the heat.
First, heat the pan (medium heat). Use medium heat only.
Olive oil or any oil is fine to make pancakes.
Add the dough with veggies as minimum amount as possible to make the pancake thin.
Do not flip multiple times.
When you see the dough has less water on the top, that is the time that you need to flip the pancake for the first time.
Add a little bit of the oil on the edge of the pancake.
2-3 mins later, flip 2nd time which is the final flipping. And turn off the heat.
STEP 8/8
Grilled in a 10" (inch) frying pan, about four pancakes came out.
I was able to make 4 pancakes by using 10 " size frying pan.
