Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put water + bay leaf into steamer and start boiling. You can prepare the ingredients while the water boils.
STEP 2/8
Wash and trim various vegetables.
You can prepare onions in a container with appropriate thickness.
STEP 3/8
I washed the mushrooms, too. You have to slice zucchini thin to cook it quickly! If the mushrooms are big, please cut them
STEP 4/8
Spread thin layer of shabu-shabu meat or beef brisket on bottom of steamer.
STEP 5/8
Spread bean sprouts on top of meat and spread various vegetables on top.
STEP 6/8
When the water boils! Put the prepared ingredients on top and start steaming. It's over. You can do it for 8 to 10 minutes, but don't open it in the middle and check it when the time is running out. When the meat and vegetables are cooked to your liking! You can eat them :)
STEP 7/8
First, add chili powder, soy sauce, minced garlic, and vinegar
STEP 8/8
For the second seasoning, you only need to add honey to the minced garlic. It's good to add lemon juice.
It looks like a lot of things, but if you boil water and quickly clean the ingredients, it ends quickly! I think it'd be good to add vegetables as much as you want If there was peanut butter, it would be good to make sauce with it, and I think soy sauce + mayonnaise + cheongyang pepper combination or soy sauce + yuzu cheong combination would go well with it. Make it as much as you like!! If you just eat this, it's two servings! I think 3 would be enough if I eat it with rice :)
