Watching the Pay Continuing Recipe video is a great help to make recipes.
Add all the ingredients in the sauce recipe and mix well. If you need a recipe written in weight, you can refer to the Dongyoung inheritance recipe.

Boil bean sprouts in boiling water for 2 minutes, wash them in cold water 2-3 times, cool them down, and then shake off the water completely.

Pour the chopped green onions and drained bean sprouts into the sauce and mix well.

Cut the pork belly, which is 0.5 to 1cm thick, into 4 to 5cm long pieces.
When you buy it at a mart or butcher's shop, you can cut it into bite-sized pieces for grilling and they cut it on their own

Place pork belly and bean sprout green onions in a pot, pour 250cc of water, and bring to a boil over high heat.
You don't have to shape it like in the picture, just put it in any way.

When the water starts to boil, mix well and simmer for 5 minutes. And after tasting it, boil it down for another 1 or 2 minutes to suit your taste, and it's a perfect pork belly bean-napa hot pot!!
It's even better if you add one more pinch of pepper powder before it's done
If you eat it with meat and green onion bean sprouts and mix the soup with rice, it's over!!

2. It's much better to eat green onions filled with length instead of sliced ones.
3. There is a difference between measuring the video and measuring the recipe I measure it with regular rice mix (7 to 8cc) and the formula for 10,000 recipes is 1T (table spoon, 15cc) and uploaded accordingly.Please note that the amount of rice mixed at home is different from the 1T in the recipe
