Fresh Kimchi Cooking New Kimchi Spaghetti Recipe
It's a different recipe kimchi spaghetti using mustard kimchi.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I prepared simple ingredients.
I prepared about 1 cup of kimchi, and some cocktail shrimp and onion sliced thinly.
If you have bacon, cut it into bite-sized pieces and prepare it.
Please cut the kimchi into small pieces, too.
If the sauce is too thick, it tastes much cleaner if you wash it in water.
STEP 2/10
Add a cup of olive oil to the pan.
STEP 3/10
You can slice the whole garlic or chop it into big pieces like me.
Stir-fry the garlic well so that it doesn't burn and smell the garlic.
STEP 4/10
Now add all the onions, bacon and shrimp that have been sliced.
I prepared the shrimp as cocktail shrimp and it will be stir-fried, so I didn't go through a separate thawing process.
STEP 5/10
After adding all the ingredients, season simply with salt and pepper.
Since it's an oil pasta, you don't need to season it a lot, but mix it well by spraying it one by one.

Add a cup of kimchi pasta's main leaf mustard kimchi.
STEP 7/10
Meanwhile, please cook spaghetti noodles on one side.
If you use the noodles in the market, you can cook them for about 8 minutes.
Add half a tablespoon of salt to the water and boil the noodles.

Add all the kimchi from the pan again and stir-fry it.
Stir-fry olive oil over medium heat to soak between ingredients.
STEP 9/10
Add a ladle of boiling noodle water to one side.
It serves as a broth, and it's more moist and has thick salt in it
It even serves to season it.
Add noodles and all the cooked noodles.
STEP 10/10
Now, break down about three peperocinos to handle the last spiciness.
Rather than just putting it in, if you break it in half with your hands, the spicy taste comes to life quickly.
You can use mustard kimchi or regular cabbage kimchi and sour kimchi.
